Binomo’s facts come from its own public pages, read that day without an account: the home page, Statuses, Regulations, Tournaments, About us, the Help Center and the Client Agreement (effective 12 January 2026). IQ Option’s facts come from our recordings on a Practice account registered in Brazil (22 October: trade limits, payouts, asset counts, tournaments and scripts; 4 and 5 October: deposits, withdrawals and fees) and from IQ Option’s public pages, read on 22 October. We did not register at Binomo, log in or trade there, and we deposited no money anywhere.

Disclosure: IQ Option Wiki is an IQ Option affiliate: we may earn a commission if you open an account through our links.

Both state a $10 minimum deposit (IQ Option for most payment methods). Outside the EEA, IQ Option is run by a company registered in Antigua and Barbuda and Binomo by one registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and neither is better on every point. What decides the choice is your country, the trade limit ($20,000 at IQ Option, $5,000 at Binomo), how the demo account works, what a withdrawal costs and which company names a regulator or a membership.

This page compares what each company says on its own pages with what we recorded on IQ Option, and every figure carries its date. It says plainly where Binomo offers something IQ Option does not. It makes no claim about whose trades will win: with both companies a trade can lose the whole stake.

This material is not intended for viewers from EEA countries. Binary options are not promoted or sold to retail EEA traders.

Quick answer: IQ Option vs Binomo in 9 points

  • Cost to start: a $10 minimum deposit (for most payment methods at IQ Option) and a $1 minimum trade at both.
  • Trade size: IQ Option up to $20,000; Binomo up to $5,000.
  • Payout as stated: IQ Option’s Binary list showed 85% to 93% on 22 October and can change; Binomo says up to 83%, 84% or 85% by status.
  • Demo: $10,000 at both. IQ Option promises unlimited refills; Binomo caps the demo at 30 trades until your first deposit.
  • Withdrawals: IQ Option: the first one each calendar month is free, then 2%. Binomo: no fee in general, but 10% if your turnover is under twice your deposit.
  • Inactive account: IQ Option €10 (if the account holds funds; monthly per its fees policy, “annual fee” per its FAQ), Binomo $30 or €30 a month, both after 90 days.
  • Regulation: IQ Option’s CySEC licence covers its EEA company only, and its terms name the Financial Commission for unresolved complaints. Binomo names a Financial Commission membership. Neither names a financial licence for clients outside the EEA.
  • Countries: Binomo’s list also names Brazil, the UAE and Singapore. IQ Option’s names Ukraine and Sudan, which Binomo’s does not.
  • Scripts: IQ Option imports script files (70 free files in our library). Binomo’s pages mention none and bar bots.

Who might prefer which

This is by feature, not a ranking. Each line follows from a fact in the table above; the sections below give the detail.

You might prefer IQ Option if:

  • You want larger trades: $20,000 against $5,000.
  • You want a demo without a trade count: IQ Option’s home page promises “Unlimited balance refills at any time”, while Binomo’s demo stops at 30 trades until you deposit.
  • You withdraw once a month: that withdrawal is free at IQ Option, while at Binomo a 10% fee applies until your trading turnover passes twice your deposit.
  • You want a Windows or macOS app, or scripts on the chart.
  • You want margin instruments (forex, stocks, crypto) on a real account: Binomo’s Client Agreement says its CFD mechanics is “available only on Demo Accounts”.

You might prefer Binomo if:

  • You want payout, withdrawal-time and cashback tiers stated by account status.
  • You want a compensation fund stated on the regulation page.
  • You want 5-second trades or Binomo’s range mechanic.
  • You withdraw several times a month and your turnover is above twice your deposit: Binomo’s pages state no fee then, while IQ Option charges 2% from the second withdrawal of a month.
  • You live in a country that IQ Option’s list names and Binomo’s does not, such as Ukraine.
  • You want a choice of Android app stores.

Try IQ Option on a Practice account first

A Practice account uses virtual money and needs no deposit; our guide shows the steps. The button opens IQ Option’s sign-up page and is an affiliate link, as the disclosure at the top says.

Risk: trading carries a high risk of loss. A deposit is real money, a trade can lose the whole stake, and nothing on this page predicts a result.

Where Binomo offers something IQ Option does not

Seven things, as far as the pages we read show. IQ Option’s side is checked against our own recordings and its public pages of 22 October.

  1. A published ladder of statuses. Five levels, from Free to Prestige. The paid levels state a deposit, a payout cap, a withdrawal time and a bonus cap, and Gold, VIP and Prestige a cashback (table in the account levels section). IQ Option’s VIP page promises “Instant processing” for VIP withdrawals and a payout “typically ranging from +3% to +5%” higher on select assets, but publishes no hours by level and no cap.
  2. A compensation fund on its public regulation page. Binomo’s regulation page says that since May 2018 it has been a category “A” member of The Financial Commission, whose fund pays “up to €20,000 per case”. IQ Option’s Terms & Conditions (section 14, clause 5) also let you refer an unresolved complaint to “the Financial Commission, an independent external dispute-resolution organisation”, but we found no compensation amount on IQ Option’s pages for clients outside the EEA, and its Licenses and Safeguards page names no dispute body.
  3. A monthly trade-quality audit. The same page says Binomo agreed to a monthly audit of 5,000 executed trades by Verify My Trade. IQ Option’s Licenses and Safeguards page says “regular internal and external audits” take place, but it names no auditor and no audit of trade quality.
  4. 5-second trades and a range mechanic. Its Help Center describes 5ST (a fixed 5 seconds, on Crypto IDX and EUR IDX) and Dynamic Range Trading (real accounts only, a 1-minute trade, on assets such as Crypto IDX). On 22 October the two Blitz assets we opened on IQ Option showed expirations of 1 minute (EUR/USD) and 30 seconds (USD/HKD OTC); we did not check every asset or every expiry.
  5. Cashback. The statuses page lists 5% (Gold) and 10% (VIP, Prestige). IQ Option’s VIP page lists no cashback.
  6. More Android app stores and a separate VIP app.
  7. Some countries. Binomo’s agreement does not list Ukraine, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia or Sudan, which IQ Option’s terms do.

The other way round, IQ Option offers a trade limit four times as high, a demo with no stated trade cap, margin instruments on real accounts, Windows and macOS apps and script import. Binomo’s pages show none of these.

Countries each company does not serve

Both companies publish a list. They are not the same list.

Binomo. Clause 12.2 of its Client Agreement says “The Company does not provide its services in the following countries (territories) or to citizens and/or residents of the following countries (territories)” and then names 115 of them, “in cases when it is contrary to the current legislation of those countries and/or the Company’s internal policy”. They include every EEA country, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia, Belarus and Israel, and also Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, New Zealand and Switzerland. The Help Center article “Why is the platform unavailable in my country?” gives a shorter list of 67 names and says that if you are a resident of a listed country, or your IP address is from there, you cannot register.

IQ Option. Clause 3.1 of its Terms & Conditions (the PDF the site lists as updated 21 October 2026) bars citizens of the USA, North Korea, Palestine and the Vatican, and residents of a list that includes the USA, Canada, Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Japan, Syria, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, “any country of the European Economic Area and/or other non-serviced countries”. It names six places that Binomo’s list does not (Ukraine, Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Sudan; South Sudan is on both lists). Clause 3.1(b) adds that you must not reside “in any country where distribution or provision of the financial products or services offered by the Company would be contrary to local laws or regulations”, and that it is your responsibility to check them.

Brazil. IQ Option’s terms do not name Brazil, and we opened a Practice account there on 4 October 2026. But a notice at the foot of IQ Option’s pages, which we saw from a Brazilian address on 22 October, says IQ Option “is not authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) to directly offer securities distribution services to investors resident, domiciled, or incorporated in the Federative Republic of Brazil”. Binomo’s agreement and Help Center name Brazil as a country it does not serve.

Not being named on a company’s list does not make its service legal or licensed where you live. Check your own country’s rules and your national regulator’s website for both company names, and use our country availability helper for the rules of this site. This page does not compare regulators’ warning lists for Binomo; Is IQ Option legit? covers the notices we found for IQ Option.

Regulation: what each company says about itself

We compare the pages, not the companies’ reputations.

IQ Option (Licenses and Safeguards page, read on 22 October 2026, word for word the same as on 5 October). “Our services in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area are rendered by SKY LADDER LLC”, registered in Antigua and Barbuda (registration ILLC 004). Inside the EEA, services come from IQBroker Europe Ltd, which “is authorized and operates under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) with license number 247/14 and is permitted to offer services only to residents of the EEA”. So the one licence the page names covers EEA residents only, and the page names no financial licence for SKY LADDER LLC. It also says client funds are held in segregated bank accounts. Its Terms & Conditions (section 14, clause 5) add that an unresolved complaint can be referred to “the Financial Commission, an independent external dispute-resolution organisation”; we found no compensation amount on IQ Option’s pages for clients outside the EEA. IQ Option’s contact page gives SKY LADDER LLC as the company behind the site and says payment transactions are managed by FIDELES LIMITED (Cyprus).

Binomo (Regulations page and home page, read on 22 October 2026). Its home page says “Binomo is a category A member of the International Financial Commission”. The Regulations page says that since May 2018 Binomo has been a category “A” member of The Financial Commission, which it calls “a neutral and independent dispute resolution organization”. The compensation fund gives “protection up to €20,000 per case should a Member refuse to adhere to a judgment from The Financial Commission”, and an appeal reaches the commission only after you have tried to resolve the issue with Binomo directly. The page adds a certificate from Verify My Trade and a monthly audit of 5,000 trades. Binomo’s company is Dolphin Corp LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (registration 915 LLC 2021). We found no licence from a financial regulator on its pages: its Help Center article “Where can I find your licenses and regulations?” says “You can find all our licenses and certificates here”, and that link leads to the Regulations page described above.

What that means. Neither company shows a financial-services licence that covers clients outside the EEA. IQ Option points to a licence for its EEA company and, in its terms, to the same dispute body for unresolved complaints; Binomo points to a dispute-body membership and a certificate. A membership is not a licence, and a licence for another company is not a licence for yours.

Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits. IQ Option’s deposits page, read on 22 October from a Brazilian address, listed Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Volet.com, Apple Pay and Google Pay, each from 10 USD, at 0% commission and instant. Our country guides (4 and 5 October) found the equivalent of $10 for most methods, for example R$ 55 in Brazil and 175 MXN in Mexico (a few local methods ask for more, up to $27), and local methods such as PIX, PicPay and Boleto Rapido in Brazil, which the Deposits page does not list but the home page names; see the minimum deposit by country. IQ Option’s General Fees Policy (updated 10 June 2025) reserves a currency conversion fee of up to 4% on deposits and withdrawals. Binomo’s Client Agreement sets the minimum at $10 or €10 and says it “may be reduced in certain countries”; its Help Center says “Binomo never takes any fee or commission for depositing funds”, while payment providers may add theirs. The home page lists bank cards, e-wallets, crypto methods and bank transfer.

IQ Option withdrawals. The withdrawals page (22 October, Brazilian view) says “You have 1 free withdrawal(s) per calendar month. This doesn’t depend on the payment method you use.” A later withdrawal in the month costs 2%, at most $30 on a dollar account; the General Fees Policy (text of 5 October) also offers an optional “fixed 5% (five percent) withdrawal fee for an expedited withdrawal option”, processed “within 1 business day” for “all types of withdrawals except bank card refunds and bank transfers”. The page listed 28 methods from Brazil with a minimum from 2 USD (cards, Skrill, Volet.com) to 13 USD (18 methods named after Brazilian banks and financial firms), no maximum column, and a note that “Payment providers may have specific transaction limits, restrictions, and requirements”. The times by method were “Instant*” for cards, “1 – 24 hours” for the e-wallets, the crypto and 11 of those banks, and “1 – 8 business days” for the other seven. The page adds “Please allow up to 3 business days for your withdrawal request to be processed”; a card refund can take up to 21 calendar days at your bank. IQ Option’s Help page on withdrawing funds, read the same day, gives the minimum for bank transfers in Brazil as 150.00BRL and says “If you choose another method, the minimum amount is still 12 BRL”; our own check on a Brazilian account on 4 October showed R$60 for a bank transfer and R$12 by card, and the Withdrawals page lists 13 USD for the banks. The Help page also says “The standard maximum time limit for bank transfers is 1–8 business days”, as the Withdrawals page does for seven of those 18. These sources do not agree on the bank minimum, so the cashier is where you see the amount that applies to you. You can send back to a card only what you deposited with it. See IQ Option fees and commissions and how to withdraw. IQ Option’s fair-usage rule (General Fees Policy, text of 5 October) lets it withhold its transaction fees and charge an administrative penalty of up to 5% of the withdrawal if you withdraw “all, most, or substantial amounts (for example, more than 50%)” of a deposit “without executing genuine trades”.

Binomo withdrawals. Minimum $10 or €10, and at most $3,000 a day, $10,000 a week and $40,000 a month (clause 5.8; the Help Center repeats it and adds that some payment providers differ). Binomo processes a request within 3 business days, and by status the statuses page says withdrawals within 3 days, 24 hours or 4 hours; the Help Center says payment providers need from a few minutes to 3 business days to credit the money, and rarely up to 7 days. A security hold of up to 10 business days is possible after notice (clause 5.9). Money goes back by the method you deposited with (clause 5.10), and withdrawals directly to a bank card exist only for cards issued in Ukraine or Turkey.

Binomo’s withdrawal fee is the point to read. The Help Center says “We generally do not charge any commissions or fees for withdrawals”, but clause 5.13 says that if you withdraw while your trading turnover has not exceeded double your deposit, “the Withdrawal fee will be 10% (Ten percent) of the Account Balance or the Client’s last Deposit, depending on which figure is greater”. For some countries, the Help Center adds, one withdrawal every 24 hours is free and the next costs 10%, and it names an extra 5% on withdrawals through one method, the Indian Exchanger bank transfer.

The two rules side by side. This is arithmetic from the rules, not a forecast. Deposit $100 and withdraw $100 at once: at Binomo that is a $10 fee unless you have traded $200 first; at IQ Option the first withdrawal of the month has no fee, but the fair-usage rule can apply if there were no genuine trades. Withdraw twice in a month: IQ Option charges 2% on the second, so $2 on $100; Binomo charges nothing if your turnover has passed twice your deposit.

Inactive accounts. IQ Option’s General Fees Policy (text read on 5 October; the page still showed its 10 June 2025 update date on 22 October) says that after 90 consecutive days with no account activity it may take “an amount of €10” (or the equivalent in your currency) every month “in order to maintain the account”, if the account has the funds; logging in does not count. IQ Option’s FAQ (22 October) says the company may apply “a maintenance fee for the Inactive Account in the amount of €10 to the unused balance of the Client’s account” and calls it “The annual fee”, so the FAQ and the fees policy differ on how often it is charged. Binomo’s clause 4.10 charges “a non-refundable monthly subscription fee for servicing their Account in the amount of $30/€30” after 90 days without trading activity, and clause 4.11 lets it debit the whole account after 6 months without it; the fee stops when you trade again.

Trade size and payouts

Trade size. IQ Option’s Help page says “The maximum amount you can invest is $20,000” and that it may vary by asset. We typed two out-of-range amounts into a Binary option on 22 October: 0.5 gave “The minimum amount for this asset is 1”, and 20001 gave “The investment amount entered exceeds the maximum allowable amount: 20000”. The same limits showed on four other products we tried (Digital, Gold Binary and two Blitz assets). Binomo’s Help Center says “The minimum investment to open a trade is $1 and the maximum investment to open a trade is $5000”, the same figures as clause 7.3.1 of the agreement.

IQ Option binary option amount box on 22 October 2026 with two out-of-range amounts: 0.5 gives the message that the minimum amount for this asset is 1 (1), 20001 gives the message that the amount exceeds the maximum allowable amount of 20000 (2)
22 October 2026: the two messages of IQ Option’s amount box. 0.5 typed in Invest (1): minimum 1. 20001 typed (2): maximum 20000.

Payouts. IQ Option’s Binary list on 22 October (about 03:00 UTC, a Practice account) held 132 options, from 93% for EUR/USD and GBP/USD down to 85% for six OTC assets. A Blitz option on EUR/USD (1 minute) showed +89%, and USD/HKD (OTC, 30 seconds) +87%. A few seconds apart, EUR/USD showed +91% as a Binary option and +86% as a Digital option. IQ Option’s Help page says it “reserves the right to decide and/or change the profitability percentage given to clients at any given time”, and its VIP page promises 3% to 5% more on select assets. Binomo’s statuses page says “up to 83%” (Standard), “up to 84%” (Gold) and “up to 85%” (VIP and Prestige), with no payout listed for Free; its home page advertises “profitability up to 90% for the first deposit” in a crypto promotion whose terms we did not open; and its Help Center says the Crypto IDX asset pays “generally 82-85%”. Clause 3.1.4 says the payout is fixed by the amount, the asset and the time of the trade.

IQ Option Binary option list on 22 October 2026 with 132 options (1), sorted by Profit from high to low (2) with 93% at the top (3), and from low to high (4) with 85% at the top (5)
22 October 2026: IQ Option’s Binary list. 132 options (1); sorted by Profit from high to low (2), 93% at the top (3); from low to high (4), 85% at the top (5).

What a payout means. A correct trade pays that percentage of the stake and a wrong one loses all of it. At an 85% payout, about 54 of every 100 trades (1 / 1.85) must be correct just to break even; at 83% about 55, at 93% about 52. These are the break-even points, not a prediction of anyone’s results.

Demo accounts

IQ Option. Its home page says “$10,000 preloaded in your demo account” and “Unlimited balance refills at any time”, and its Help page says “You can always top up your practice account for free if your balance drops below $10,000”. Our Practice balance showed $9,998.87 on 22 October. The Help page says “You cannot profit from the trades you make on a practice account”, and the Demo and Tournament Accounts terms say virtual funds “may not be withdrawn”. IQ Option’s Demo and Tournament Accounts terms say you can request additional virtual funds and trade for an unlimited period “with no obligation to deposit real funds”, and that demo positions are “kept open for a maximum period of one (1) month, except where the number of open positions exceeds the Company’s internal threshold”.

Binomo. Its Help Center says you get “$10,000.00” of demo money on sign-up, that you can “replenish if they run out”, and “number of trades with demo account is limited to 30 before you make your first deposit. After that it becomes unlimited.” The statuses page shows the same for the Free status: “30 trades on demo account”. The Client Agreement (clause 3.4.1) adds that the CFD mechanics exists only on demo accounts.

So both give $10,000. The difference is the cap: Binomo’s demo is a 30-trade trial until you deposit, and the pages we read show no such limit at IQ Option. We could not test Binomo’s demo, because it needs an account. To practise on IQ Option, read how to register a Practice account.

Account levels and bonuses

Binomo. Its Help Center says there are 5 statuses: “Free, Standard, Gold, VIP and additionally a Prestige club membership”. The statuses page lists these terms:

StatusDeposit to reach itStatuses page, 22 Oct 2026
FreeRegistrationDemo: 30 trades. 100+ assets. No payout, withdrawal time, cashback or bonus listed
Standard$10 in totalUp to 83%. 120+ assets. Withdrawals within 3 days. Deposit bonuses up to 100%
Gold$500 in totalUp to 84%. 130+ assets. Withdrawals within 24 hours. Cashback 5%. Bonuses up to 150%
VIP$1,000 in total and a confirmed phone numberUp to 85%. 140+ assets. Withdrawals within 4 hours. Cashback 10%. Bonuses up to 200%
Prestige$3,000 within 30 consecutive daysUp to 85%. 140+ assets. Withdrawals within 4 hours. Cashback 10%. Bonuses up to 300%

The first column’s deposits come from the Help Center; the other figures are the statuses page’s own wording, “up to” included.

IQ Option. It has a Practice account, a real account, a swap-free Islamic account (see our Islamic account guide) and a VIP level. Its VIP page (22 October) asks for a “required country-specific amount”, one-time or cumulative over 60 days; its FAQ gives “$5,000 or more” and a trading volume of $20,000 in the last 60 days, and says that to keep VIP you must “deposit $3,000 or maintain a trading volume of $12,000” every 60 days (another answer on the page says “deposits totaling $3,000”). VIP lists a personal manager, priority withdrawals and verification, 24/7 support, signals, extra indicators, free tournament entry and a payout 3% to 5% higher on select assets.

Bonuses. Both can lock your withdrawals. At Binomo a bonus carries a mandatory trading turnover of the bonus times a leverage factor: 40, or 35 for a deposit bonus under 50% of the deposit, unless the offer says otherwise (clause 10.4), and profit made with bonuses “may have limitations on the amount of Withdrawal” (clause 10.7). At IQ Option the cashier showed the code IQWELCOME already applied in every country we tested between 4 and 8 October. On our Brazilian account (8 October) its Bonus FAQ set the turnover at 40 times the bonus within 30 days, and withdrawals only after that or after you cancel the bonus. Read the terms before you pay. See the IQWELCOME guide.

Assets and trade types

IQ Option. The Practice menu on 22 October (about 03:02 UTC) listed Blitz 120, Binary 132 and Digital 117 options, and Margin 770; on 4 October the same menu showed 520 options and 697 margin instruments. Counts change with the day and the time. IQ Option’s home page menu lists these markets: crypto, ETFs, commodities, forex, indices and stocks. IQ Option’s Help page says that when markets close, from Friday 21:00 to Monday 00:00 GMT, it offers OTC assets whose quotes “are automatically generated on the broker’s server”.

Binomo. The statuses page says “100+” assets for Free, “120+”, “130+” and “140+” for higher statuses. Its Help Center names goods (gold, silver), shares, currency pairs and indices, an own index called Crypto IDX that is “the only asset on the platform that’s available 24 hours a day”, and 6 OTC assets plus indices for weekends. The trade types are Fixed Time Trades (under 5 minutes, or up to 60 minutes), 5-second trades, Dynamic Range Trading and, on demo accounts only, CFDs. Some assets need a higher status.

Both rely on OTC assets at the weekend. IQ Option says its OTC quotes are generated on its own server; Binomo calls its OTC assets “off-market assets”. Our Binary vs Digital guide explains IQ Option’s two main option types.

Platforms and apps

IQ Option. The web traderoom, plus the apps on its download page (22 October): macOS (Apple chip and Intel chip), Windows (64-bit and 32-bit), Android (APK) and iOS (App Store). Its Help page says that on a computer the platform responds faster in the Windows and macOS app than in the browser.

Binomo. The web version, a mobile browser version, and apps for iOS and Android: its Help Center lists App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, Galaxy Store, Aptoide and Apptoko, and the home page adds an Android APK and a new VIP app. We found no Windows or macOS app on its pages. Its Help Center says the indicators depend on the device: all of them on the web, three in the iOS app (Moving Average, Alligator, Bollinger Bands) and eight in the Android app.

Tournaments

Both run trading tournaments on a separate virtual account with a real prize, and every tournament we saw on 22 October charged an entry fee. The fees differ a lot:

TournamentEntry feePrize pool or fund
IQ Option: Brazil Weekly$2$3,000
IQ Option: Brazil Momentum$3$10,000
IQ Option: IQ Launch$4$10,000
IQ Option: October Global Tournament$4$50,000
Binomo: Victory€32€31,976
Binomo: Fortnight€34€21,470
Binomo: Tiger€40€40,223
Binomo: Prestige€175€15,490

IQ Option’s four are the running ones on a Practice account registered in Brazil; its list also held 11 upcoming tournaments at $2 each, with pools of $1,000 or $5,000, and a rebuy costs the entry fee again. IQ Option’s home page advertises tournaments with “No entry fees” and a “Prize pool up to $250,000”, while the panel we saw on 22 October listed entry fees of $2 to $4 and pools up to $50,000, so the page and the panel do not match. Binomo’s four are the ones its Tournaments page listed as underway at 07:08 UTC. Its Help Center says a tournament may be free or paid, that the prize fund has a stated minimum and “can grow depending on the number of sign-ups and rebuys”, and that the entry fee is taken from your real account. Details, risks and a cost worksheet are in our IQ Option tournaments guide.

Scripts and custom indicators

This is the row that separates the two most clearly on the pages we read.

IQ Option. Its home page lists “Script Indicators”: “Build and save your own custom indicators on top of 100+ ready-to-use tools.” In the web traderoom, Chart analysis has a Scripts tab with Import script and Add manually, and the file picker accepts .lua and .txt files (read on 22 October). Our free library has 70 script files (56 chart scripts and 14 companion marker files), and a step-by-step guide shows how to add one: how to get and add a script on IQ Option. A script only draws lines and markers on the chart. It places no trades and it cannot say what the next candle will do.

Binomo. We found nothing like it on its pages. Its Help Center lists the built-in indicators by device (above), its Strategies page names 22 ready-made strategies, each tagged Low, Middle or High, and its Help Center describes a Trading Signals tool, “automatically generated signals to trade”, for VIP and Prestige on the desktop version. IQ Option’s VIP page also lists signals. A search of Binomo’s Help Center on 22 October for “script”, “api” and “algorithm” returned no results. Its Help Center says “you cannot use bots, artificial intelligence, or any type of specialized software to trade”, and clause 12.12 of the Client Agreement says that profits made with such tools, when they are “not directly approved by the Company”, “are not the Company’s financial responsibility and are not paid to the Client”. That a page does not mention a feature does not prove the platform lacks it.

IQ Option’s terms treat automated trading differently: clause 4.7 says the company “shall bear no responsibility for any financial losses and/or technical issues that may arise in the event that an external trading bot is used when trading; the Client shall use the bot at their own risk”. That is not an invitation. None of our scripts opens a trade.

Our library holds 70 files for the chart: 50 strategy scripts, three signal engines, three context indicators and 14 markers files.

Open the scripts library

Risk: trading carries a high risk of loss. A script only draws on the chart and places no trade, and no script can say what the next candle will do.

Risks and costs to weigh

  • A trade can lose the whole stake with either company, and a payout below 100% means more than half of your trades must be correct to break even.
  • Both charge a fee on an inactive account after 90 days: €10 at IQ Option (if the account holds funds; monthly per its fees policy, an “annual fee” per its FAQ), $30 or €30 a month at Binomo.
  • Both can lock a withdrawal behind a bonus turnover of about 40 times the bonus.
  • Binomo can charge 10% on a withdrawal made before your turnover reaches twice your deposit. IQ Option charges 2% from the second withdrawal of a month and may add a conversion fee of up to 4%.
  • Neither company shows a financial-services licence for clients outside the EEA.
  • Every number on this page is dated. Companies change limits, payouts, fees and country lists; check the company’s own page before you pay.

What we corrected since 5 October

We rebuilt this page on 22 October 2026. These are the changes that matter, so you can judge our earlier version:

  • Inactive account at Binomo. On 5 October we wrote that we found no such fee in the Client Agreement. Clause 4.10 sets $30 or €30 a month after 90 days, and clauses 4.11 and 4.12 add the debit after 6 months and the return of funds; we missed all three.
  • Binomo’s demo. On 5 October we stated no balance. Its Help Center says $10,000 and a limit of 30 trades before the first deposit.
  • IQ Option’s payouts. The 5 October text gave 82% to 88% from our 70 Practice trades of 2 October and up to 91% on Blitz OTC pairs. The 22 October Binary list showed 85% to 93%.
  • Asset counts. The 4 October counts (520 options, 697 margin) are replaced by the 22 October counts, which differ because lists change by day and time.
  • Countries. Instead of “more than 100 other countries” we now count the 115 names in clause 12.2 of Binomo’s agreement.
  • Company sizes. We dropped the trader counts: both companies give figures that we cannot check.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which is best, IQ Option or Binomo?
A: Neither wins on every point, so we do not name a best. IQ Option allows trades up to $20,000 and promises unlimited demo refills; Binomo publishes payout, withdrawal-time and cashback tiers by status and names a Financial Commission membership. Your country, how often you withdraw and whether you want scripts or a desktop app decide it. See “Who might prefer which”.

Q: Is Binomo better than IQ Option?
A: On some points, not on others. Binomo’s pages show a status ladder, a stated compensation fund, 5-second trades and a range mechanic. IQ Option’s show a trade limit four times as high, a demo with no stated cap, margin instruments on real accounts, desktop apps and script import.

Q: What is the minimum deposit on IQ Option and Binomo?
A: $10 at both. IQ Option shows $10, €10 or £10 in your account currency for most methods (R$ 55 in Brazil and 175 MXN in Mexico on 4 and 5 October; a few local methods ask for more). Binomo’s agreement says $10 or €10 and that some countries may pay less.

Q: Which has the higher payout?
A: On 22 October IQ Option’s Binary list showed 85% to 93%. Binomo says up to 83%, 84% or 85% by status, and up to 90% in one first-deposit promotion. Both can change payouts, and a payout is not a result: at 85%, about 54 of 100 trades must be correct to break even.

Q: Do both have a demo account?
A: Yes, with $10,000 each. IQ Option promises unlimited refills; Binomo limits the demo to 30 trades until your first deposit.

Q: Which charges less to withdraw?
A: It depends. IQ Option’s first withdrawal each calendar month is free, then 2% (at most $30). Binomo generally charges nothing, but 10% if your turnover has not passed twice your deposit.

Q: Does Binomo charge an inactivity fee?
A: Yes: $30 or €30 a month after 90 days without trading activity (Client Agreement 4.10), and after 6 months it may debit the whole account. IQ Option charges €10 after 90 days without activity if the account has funds (monthly in its fees policy, an “annual fee” in its FAQ).

Q: Is Binomo available in Brazil?
A: No, according to Binomo: its Client Agreement and Help Center list Brazil among the countries it does not serve. IQ Option’s terms do not list Brazil, but its pages carry a notice that it is not authorized by the CVM to offer securities distribution services to residents of Brazil.

Q: Is Binomo regulated?
A: Its pages name a category “A” membership of The Financial Commission, a dispute-resolution body, and a Verify My Trade certificate. We found no financial licence on them. IQ Option’s licence (CySEC 247/14) belongs to its EEA company and covers EEA residents only; its terms name the Financial Commission for unresolved complaints.

Q: Can I use custom indicators or scripts on Binomo?
A: We found nothing about them on its pages, which list built-in indicators by device and bar bots and “specialized software”. IQ Option’s web traderoom imports script files; see our guide.

Q: Which has the cheaper tournaments?
A: On 22 October IQ Option’s four running tournaments cost $2 to $4 to enter (its eleven upcoming ones $2) and Binomo’s four cost €32 to €175. Prize pools were $3,000 to $50,000 and prize funds €15,490 to €40,223. Fees, rebuys and prize rules differ, and an entry fee can be lost in full.
